Overdrive Education is a British charity that specialises in the training of learners in the motor vehicle industry.  Overdrive believes that funding should go directly into the high quality training that we provide, so there is no "fat cat" executive pay within the organisation, nor do we have any form of loan or debt which would mean funding is used for interest payments.  Our focus is ensuring that our learners come away with tangible training and qualifications, that can be used either as a pathway to employment, or as a pathway to Higher Education at a university.
